Caregiver Qualifications
All of our care specialists are employed by Garden Home Health Care, Inc. Each specialist is covered by liability insurance and workman's compensation insurance, and complete background checked with fingerprint.
Every new care specialist completes an orientation and DHS training program with GHHC before we recognize their special skills and abilities and match them to the needs of our clients. Care specialists are always introduced into the home by our RN or administrative staff, at which time a plan of care is reviewed and the caregiver introduction to client and family is made.
